The Wheel of Wishes is in the Grotto where Ula the River maid lives. Eighteen hours after your last spin, you get to spin the wheel for bonuses, such as coins, crowns, special items, and consolation prizes like a blueberry or bottle of milk. If you invite friends to the game, you get extra spins each time, but the eighteen hour gap remains.
